Aldentè Spaghetti with White/Brown Turkey Meat or Italian Sausage

Notes: Do not put poultry meat on a wooden board, and be sure to wash hands after touching meat and to wash utensils, and anything that came in contact with the meat, thoroughly.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large, white onion
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Handful of freshly picked thyme, marjoram, and oregano leaves
  • Handful of freshly picked basil leaves, chopped
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper 
  • 28 oz can of Diced Tomatoes, preferably fire-roasted
  • 6 oz can of Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp. of white sugar
  • 1 pack of whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 pack of regular spaghetti
  • 2 lbs. White Ground Turkey OR Ground Italian Sausage OR Brown Ground Turkey

Spanish Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients:

Prep Time:  5 mins

Total Time: 50 mins

  1. Mix soup, salsa, water, corn, and beans (optional) and rice in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Top with chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper) and sprinkle with chili powder.
  3. Cover tightly with casserole lid or foil.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or so.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. of Chicken thighs
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic White Flour
  • 250 mL of Whipping Cream or Sour Cream
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 or 2 cup(s) of Water

Procedure:

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into small strips
  2. Pour a lug of olive oil into a pan and set the heat on HIGH. Carefully spreading the oil across the pan floor.
  3. Chop the onions into small pieces and put them into the pan.
  4. Follow up with the chicken strips and let them roast to a nice light brown.
  5. Then add the curry powder and the chopped garlic
  6. Add the flour and mix it into the chicken, then spread and stir.
  7. Add your water to thicken the mixture then add the sour/whipping cream and stir again until fully mixed.
  8. Add the salt and pepper.
  9. Serve!
